Grading Policy:
 

• Micrograde
• English and History are graded separately
• Grading is based on points
• Points based on difficulty of work and size of assignment, for example, a small homework assignment is 10 points.  A formal paragraph is 30 points.
• English only:  writing counts as 50% of the grade.
• Late work is graded down one grade per day it is turned in late, up to 50% of the points possible off
• Tests are worth the point value they are given.  They are not worth more than written work or major assignments.
